I purchased this as a gift for my Dads 80th after reading of all the wonderful benefits of drinking from copper and copper water storage. Besides looking stunning it’s also a real conversation starter with people drawn to the copper water vessel on the kitchen counter. I’m such a fan I’ve now ordered more products for myself. I recently celebrated my 22nd wedding anniversary which happens to be Copper. Being male, I left looking for a copper gift until the last week. Madly searching on Google, I luckily came across the Copperdirect website and their excellent products. I remembered my wife commenting on how much she'd love water/drink dispenser for her new kitchen, so imagine how thankful I was to see this available on their site. I selected express post and also sent an email asking if at all possible could they push my order through and there response was nothing short of miraculous. They emailed me immediately to advise they had processed and arrange for the freight, and that it would be sent that day. My dispenser arrived the next day (4 days before my anniversary) - Excellent service, Excellent product quality and pretty much everything else. I highly recommend Copperdirect and will definitely use them again.

Delivery was delayed but items arrived undamaged
The product looks really nice but I am having problems getting the tap to stop leaking. One tap snapped off at the thread end while tightening by hand. In the end I had to use silastic to seal the tap opening and stop the leak. No wonder you supply two taps.

The cooper is ok,the lid doesn't look like the picture; also the tap and the shape of the cups are so different from the ones shown in the advertise. The post was ok, arrived in time and in very good condition.
Love the copper water containers, however the tap for the big container is not the same as the photo, completely different tap. Still works and am a happy customer

I was disappointed with the quality of this item for what I paid for it. The lid opening at the top was bent and so the lid does close correctly. I reached out to their support and all they said was to bed it back into place and they offered a 5% refund. For one you cannot just bend copper back into place like playdo and i told them that. They also mentioned that their products can be damaged during shipping and that justified this jugs opening being bent. That is not true, this is poor craftmanship to say the least. I ordered two copper water bottles and cups from Copper Culture and i must say their product quality and delivery is so much more superior. I would suggest going with Copper Culture instead. They are much more professional and have high quality copper products

I do love it. It looks beautiful. My only concern is that it leaks a little and I can’t seem to tighten the attachment anymore. Any tips on how to fix this? The cups are great too.
